Online applications till July 31, 10 percent registration fee will have to be deposited
After a gap of about 12 years, the scheme came into effect in Vrindavan area under the land pooling scheme of the development authority
Mathura. Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority has launched its new housing scheme in Ral under Vrindavan area. Online applications can now be made till July 31 for the plot in this new housing scheme Hanuman Vihar. In this, 230 plots will be allotted by lottery draw.
On Tuesday, Vice President of Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority Shyam Bahadur Singh launched the online registration app of Hanuman Vihar Residential Scheme developed in Ral under the Land Pooling Scheme in the office building located at the State Museum. On this occasion, he said that better residential facilities are being provided to the people in Braj in this housing scheme. Commissioner Ritu Maheshwari has been very supportive for this scheme. This scheme has been launched today under her guidelines.
He informed that Hanuman Vihar housing scheme has been developed in an area of 26.67 hectares.There are 230 residential plots here, in which applications will be made for 26 plots of 170 sq m to 230 sq m, 77 plots of 120 to 150 sq m and 127 plots of 70 to 119 sq m. Their rate has been fixed at 25300 sq m. In this scheme, 495 plots have been given to land owners.
Vice President Shyam Bahadur Singh informed that online applications will be made for this housing scheme with the help of HDFC Bank. This process will run from July 2 to July 31. The fee for the application form has been fixed at Rs 1500, while 10 percent of the price of the plot will have to be deposited as registration fee along with the application. The registration amount for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe will be five percent. This registration amount will be refunded if the plot is not allotted. In this scheme, many members of the family can apply, while the allotment will be done in the name of only one member through lottery draw. He told that the application of the person who already has a plot of the development authority in his name will not be valid. On this occasion, Secretary Arvind Kumar Dwivedi told that after the residential plot, the process of allotment of group housing, commercial, hospital, shop etc. plots is being adopted.
On this occasion, Municipal Commissioner Shashank Chaudhary, OSD Prasun Dwivedi, Executive Engineer Prashant Gautam from Mathura Vrindavan Municipal Corporation, besides Authority Board members Naveen Mittal, DN Gautam and other officials of the Authority were present.
MVDA is the first authority to launch the state’s housing scheme under land pooling
Secretary of Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority Arvind Kumar Dwivedi said that Hanuman Vihar Residential Scheme located at Ral is the first authority to launch the state’s first housing scheme to be launched under land pooling. Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority is developing two housing schemes in Ral and Jaint under land pooling. In this, the first scheme has been launched in RAL. He told that under land pooling, the authority has not spent even a single rupee on the purchase of land. This scheme has been implemented with farmer land owners.
