मथुरा। करीब तीन साल पूर्व छेड़खानी एवं अन्य धाराओं में आरोपी को दोष सिद्ध होने पर विशेष नयायाधीश स्पेशल पॉस्को कोर्ट ने पांच-पांच वर्ष की कठोर कारावास की सजा सुनाई है एवं कुल तीस हजार का अर्थ दंड देने तथा अर्थ दंड ना देने पर दो महीने की अतिरिक्त कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। अर्थ दंड के कुल् तीस हजार में से 10,000 रुपए पीड़िता को देने का आदेश दिया गया है इस मामले की शासन की ओर से पैरवी स्पेशल पॉस्को कोर्ट न्यायालय की स्पेशल डीजीसी श्रीमती अलका उपमन्यु द्वारा की गई।
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इस मामले की सुनवाई स्पेशल पॉस्को कोर्ट न्यायालय विशेष न्यायाधीश हरविंदर सिंह की अदालत में हुई जहां बचाव और अभियोजन पक्ष की ओर से दलीलें दी गई। अदालत ने आज इस मामले में अदालत का निर्णय सुना दिया।
स्पेशल डीजीसी श्रीमती अलका उपमन्यु एड.ने बताया कि 12 मई 2018 में जिले के मांट थाने में पीड़िता के पिता ने धारा 354,452, आईपीसी 7/8 पॉस्को एक्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था पीड़िता के पिता ने रिपोर्ट में लिखा था कि वह जब भूसा लेने जंगल गया था घर में मेरी 15 वर्षीय बेटी अकेली थी तो समीप के शेरू पुत्र वहीद खान घर में घुस आया और मेरी सोती हुई बेटी को बदनीयती से पकड़कर छेड़खानी करने लगा शोर मचाया तो पड़ोस में रहने वाले संजय पुत्र नन्हे खा अकील पुत्र भोला और इस्माइल आ गए और मेरी बेटी को बचाया उनको आता देख अभियुक्त शेरू घटनास्थल से भाग खड़ा हुआ। घटना की रिपोर्ट होने के बाद पुलिस ने अभियुक्त शेरू को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया था बाद में अभियुक्त जमानत लेने के बाद बाहर था जिसे आज जेल भेज दिया हैं।
