आटा मिल सहित कई स्थानों पर की चैकिंग
मथुरा। खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन मथुरा के अभिहित अधिकारी डॉ गौरी शंकर के नेतत्व में जनपद के अलग अलग स्थानों पर पनीर की डेरियो पर छापामार कार्यवाही की गई है। इसके अलावा टीम ने आटा मिल आदि की भी जांच पड़ताल कर सैम्पिल लिए है।
विभाग को अशुद्ध पनीर के निर्माण की निरंतर शिकायत मिल रही थी जिस क्रम में टीम बनाकर डेरिया पर छापेमारी की जिसमें सबसे पहले टीम ने गिन्नी फैक्ट्री के सामने बदरुद्दीन डेरी पर छापा मारा वहां से टीम ने दो नमूना मिश्रित दूध तथा एक नमूना भी घी का लिया डेयरी मालिक परिसर छोड़कर भाग गया वहां पर उपस्थित जमीन के मालिक के सामने कार्यवाही की गई। उसके बाद टीम गोपाल बाग स्थित डेयरियों पर छापेमारी के लिए गई वहां टीम ने उमरी डेरी पर कार्यवाही की वहां पर टीम को साफ सफाई संतोषजनक नहीं पाई गई तथा डेरी विक्रेता को नोटिस दिया गया तथा उससे कहा गया यह तो साफ़ सफाई ठीक रखे अन्यथा परिसर सील कर लिया जाएगा टीम ने वहां से एक नमूना घी तथा एक नमूना पनीर का लिया। उसके बाद टीम कल्लू डेरी पर गई वहां से टीम में एक नमूना क्रीम एक नमूना पनीर तथा एक नमूना दूध का लिया गया। इसके उपरान्त टीम ने श्यामलाल डेयरी कोसी कलां से एक नमूना घी का लिया। छाता कोसी में चैकिंग के बाद टीम वृंदावन चैतन्य विहार कॉलोनी पहुंची।
इस कॉलोनी में टीम ने देव फ्रेस्को से एक नमूना अरहर दाल तथा एक नमूना बेसन का लिया उसके बाद टीम मौजा तेहरा स्थित कनकधारा आटा मिल पर गई वहां पर साफ-सफाई संतोष जनक नहीं पाई गई तथा सुधार नोटिस दिया गया वहां से टीम ने एक नमूना आटा तथा एक नमूना मैदा का लिया। टीम ने पान मसाले में प्रयुक्त होने वाले कच्चे पदार्थों के नमूने लिए जिसमें एक नमूना सुपारी पाउडर एक नमूना पान मसाला तथा एक नमूना कत्था का लिया। टीम में खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी मुकेश कुमार डॉ. सोमनाथ डॉ रावत तथा लिपिक ताराचंद उपस्थित रहे।
