लखनऊ। योगी आदित्यनाथ सरकार ने रविवार को घोषणा की कि वह अब कोविड मरीजों का इलाज मुफ्त में कराएगी। इसमें प्राइवेट अस्पताल भी शामिल हैं। अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, सूचना, नवनीत सहगल ने अस्पतालों को मरीजों से दूर नहीं भागने के लिए कहा है।
उन्होंने कहा, “अगर सरकारी अस्पतालों में कोई बिस्तर उपलब्ध नहीं है, तो मरीजों को एक निजी अस्पताल में भेजा जाएगा और राज्य सरकार इलाज का पूरा खर्च उठाएगी।”
एक सरकारी विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार, प्रत्येक कोविड पीड़ितों का अंतिम संस्कार रोगी के धर्म के अनुसार किया जाएगा और लागत राज्य सरकार वहन करेगी।
इस संबंध में निर्देश राज्य में ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में अधिकारियों को भेजे गए हैं।
